Ο Νους παίζει επικίνδυνα παιγνίδια με τη ζωή
απανωτά σφυροκοπήματα ψυχικού πόνου
την ώρα που προσπαθεί με νύχια και δόντια
να κρατηθεί στα βράχια της απόγνωσης.
Είναι στιγμές που ο Νους κάνει καταδύσεις
να αλιεύσει πληγές στο βυθό του Είναι του
στιγμές που ψάχνει να καθαρίσει
τη θάλασσα των φουρτουνιασμένων συναισθημάτων.
Ψάχνει επιμελώς κάθε απόκρυφο σημείο
να αποκόψει κάθε Λήθη που κρυφά αιμορραγεί
να σπάσει τις σφιχτά δεμένες αλυσίδες του πεπρωμένου
υποσυνείδητες εγγραφές ανύποπτου χρόνου.
Προβλήματα χρόνων που έχουν συσσωρευτεί
τα προβλήματα λύνονται σου ψιθυρίζει η ζωή
Ψάξε να βρεις αυτό που δεν θέλεις να δεις
γιατί αντέχεις από τα δεσμά να ελευθερωθείς.
Η ζωή είναι τέχνη καθημερινά μαθαίνεις
να ζεις, να αγαπάς και να συγχωρείς
να μαθαίνεις από τις κρυφές πληγές που αιμορραγούν
να μπορείς να κρατηθείς από τα βράχια της ζωής.
Όχι στα βράχια της απόγνωσης και της καταστροφής
κρατήσου εκεί με τη ζωή, γίνε ένα μαζι της
εκεί που ο Νους παίζει αρμονικά μαζί με τη ζωή
παιγνίδια της αγάπης, της ευτυχίας, της λησμονιάς.

The Mind
The Mind plays dangerous games with life,
relentless blows of emotional pain,
while it struggles, with claws and teeth,
to cling to the rocks of despair.
There are moments when the Mind dives
to fish out wounds from the depths of its Being,
moments when it seeks to cleanse
the sea of storm-tossed emotions.
It searches diligently for every hidden place
to sever every Memory that secretly bleeds,
to break the tightly bound chains of fate,
subconscious inscriptions of unsuspecting time.
Problems of years that have accumulated
are solved, whispers life to you,
Look to find what you don’t want to see,
for you can endure being freed from the bonds.
Life is an art, you learn it every day:
to live, to love, and to forgive,
to learn from the hidden wounds that bleed,
to be able to hold on to the rocks of life.
Not on the rocks of despair and destruction,
hold on there with life, become one with it,
where the Mind plays harmoniously with life,
games of love, happiness, and forgetfulness.
